Our interns are expected to put in 30 hours a week in exchange for housing and a $100/wk stipend. Daily jobs include row maintenance, row planting, seed starting, transplanting, crop quantity projection methodology, irrigation installation and repair, tree pruning, harvesting, produce cleaning and packaging, shade house construction, no till farming methodology, and much more.

Interns are expected to keep their living space clean and tidy as we have many visitors to the farm throughout the year.
